Returns Policily

Due to the nature of the products we have on offer at Betty's Retro we do not generally accept returns for exchange or refund unless it can be shown that we have misrepresented the piece either in condition or description. In that case a full refund will be given. Please choose carefully.

The items sold on our site are either vintage or antique which often gives them a unique worn and distressed appearance. We are precise in our descriptions and photos so you know exactly what you're buying. If at our discretion we do accept a item for exchange or refund (within 7 days of the items dispatch date) freight will not be refunded on returned goods. Freight charges will also apply on exchanged goods.

Refunds

If we agree to offer a refund this will be issued to the original payment bank account (internet/bank deposit) upon receipt of the item. After the item is received, please allow 5 business days for credit issuance. The time taken for the credit to show on your account is dependent upon your credit institution. An email will be sent to you confirming your credit payment.
 
General Exchanges
If we agree to a exchange on a full-priced item it will incur a shipping charge for return postage of the exchanged item. You will recieve a email with the appropriate shipping cost to be paid prior to the items re-dispatch.

Exchanges on Sale Items
There are no refunds on sale/discounted items.
